Awesome product. Love to be able to stick to my pedals without spikes. It is not as efficient as clips but more convenient. I don't have to ride with in only one pair of shoes. Love to be able to bring my bike in and not worry about walls or corners. My shins haven't even bled in a while. I would buy more, but they are on all my bikes already! Even saves the soles of my shoes.
